S6 Home seems ~$325 above DIY, Pro ~$225. However, the S6 seems expensive and doesn't come with the ZWave interface. If you take it all at retail price, the Zee and SEL make sense (break even).

They all are Computers (Raspberry Pi for the Zee S2, Linux for the SEL and Windows 10 for the S6) just preloaded in the situation someone don't want to mess around with things. I am getting the following errors on my Hometroller SEL.
